Artist in Conversation: Chris Bushe RSW

An opportunity to listen in on Chris Bushe RSW talking about his new exhibition 'North' with his fellow painter, and brother, Robbie Bushe RSA on Saturday 2 June at 11am.

Taking him back to his roots, the majority of the paintings in this exhibition centre on the parts of Aberdeenshire in which Bushe grew up. Comprising of over sixty works in mixed media, collage and oil, Bushe’s evocative canvases depict a personal journey through rugged landscapes of intimate, lesser known places, full of illusive patches of agriculture, rivers, forestry and gorse lands.

Hosted by Bushe's brother Robbie, this 'Artist in Conversation' talk will allow an insight not only into the premise behind the exhibition but also an opportunity to learn more about the techniques Chris has mastered throughout his career as a painter.

To attend, please rsvp by emailing or by phoning 0131 557 1020. Places will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Please note that this is an informal talk and seating will be very limited.
